1. INTRODUCTION
The ACE-IMPACT project is focused on increasing the quality and relevance of post graduate education in selected universities through regional specialization, applied research, upfront university-industry linkage, and regional and international coordination. The Africa Centre of Excellence in Public Health and Toxicological Research (ACE-PUTOR) hereby invites reputable companies with relevant experience to tender for the under listed projects for the new ACE-PUTOR building and other units in the University of Port Harcourt.
