The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank, Agence Française de Développement and the Islamic Development Bank towards the cost of the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Programme and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this finance to payments under the contract for a Legal Advisory Firm for the Engagement of Fund Managers under the iDICE Programme.
