1. INTRODUCTION
Asaba Waterfront City Development and Management Company Limited (AWCDMCL) has entered into an MOU with the Delta State Government for the reclamation, sand filling, remediating, marketing and provision of infrastructure and post-construction management of the proposed Asaba Waterfront City, to mitigate the intense shortage of quality land in the state capital, Asaba.
