Background
The Bank of Industry (BOI) has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the programme: Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under the contract of consultancy services of an Individual Consultant for which this Expression of Interest (EOI) is issued. The services include development of an implementation plan to
