1. INTRODUCTION
Bells University of Technology is a private University in Ota, Ogun State. The institution is in the process of selecting suitably qualified contractors for the development of two blocks of Laboratories (Block A & B).
Contractors must be able to show competence and ability to undertake decent construction work of good quality, at the right price, and to be delivered on time.
