1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority (BORBDA), hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”), a Parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, is desirous of executing her FY2025 Capital Projects.
