With the reference to our earlier advertisement dated 13th May, 2025 for the Construction of 19 km Dual Carriageway (Western bypass) starting from Maiduguri-Kano Road Near Auno Village to link Maiduguri-Biu Road at Molai Village, Konduga LGAs The Borno State Government through the Ministry of Works and Housing in compliance with Borno State Bureau on Public Procurement law 2019, wishes to draw the attention of bidders that due to technical hitches in our e-procurement portal the ministry opted to manual procurement process.
