ASSESSMENT TOOLS FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING
DESCRIPTION
This intended framework agreement looks for a service provider whose expertise will support the implementation for the measurement and comparison of results of an English teaching and learning process using a single unit or standard of measurement. Interested applicants must have a reliable and validated tool to measure the learning and use of English as a foreign language and that can be applied to a group of about 2,760 students remotely, per year in two moments (pre and post).
For the above-described service and to regulate the general aspects of the services to be provided during the maximum time of 3 years and the maximum estimated amount of the budget, a framework agreement will be signed between the supplier and the British Council, without generating the obligation to execute the entire estimated maximum budget.
