1. INTRODUCTION
The Bwari Area Council hereinafter referred to as “Authority”, a local Government Council in Nigeria, is desirous of executing her FY 2023 Capital projects. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the authority hereby invites hereby interested, experienced and competent contractors to submit bids for the implementation of the following projects:
