1. INTRODUCTION
The Centre for Management Development (CMD) was established as the operational arm of the Nigeria Council for Management Development (NCMD), it is a foremost public sector management development institute under the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning. The Centre intends to undertake the procurement of the under-listed goods, works, and services. Accordingly, interested reputable firms are hereby invited to submit bids for goods, works, and services as provided under the 2024 capital appropriation budget/zonal intervention.
