1.0 INTRODUCTION
THE Centre for Management Development (CMD) was established as the operational arm of Nigerian Council for Management Development (NCMD). It is a foremost public sector management development institute under the Federal Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning. The Centre intends to undertake the procurement of the underlisted goods, works and services. Accordingly, interested reputable firms are hereby invited to submit bids for the supplies of goods, provided under the 2025 Capital Appropriation Budget/Zonal Intervention.
