1. INTRODUCTION
The companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020, mandates the corporate Affairs Commission to regulate and supervise the formation, incorporation, registration, management and winding-up of companies in Nigeria.
In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the Commission hereby invites competent consultants to submit Expression of Interest for Engagement as External Auditors.
