APPLICATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AS INVESTORS IN THE PRIVATIZATION OF THE UNDERLISTED GOVERNMENT COCOA ESTATES

(i) Ikom Cocoa Estate (ICE)
(ii) Cross River Forest and Cocoa Project
(iii) Abonita Cocoa Estate (ACE)
(iv) Abia/Bendeghe Cocoa Estate (ABCE)
(v) Boje Cocoa Estate (BCE)

INTRODUCTION
The Cross River State Government through its council on Privatization (CRSCP) hereby invites prospective investors interested in acquiring any of the above listed ventures to submit technical bids for pre-qualification. The Estates are located in the moist forest ecological zone with adequate rainfall (1500 – 3173mm) ideal temperature 30-32°C, latitudinal position (05° – 06°N) and large expanse of fertile soil. All the ventures are owned by the Cross River State Government of Nigeria, located in the tropical rainforest belt of Nigeria, has become the destination of choice for large scale agricultural investment with incentives provided by the State Government.
