1. PREAMBLE
The Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara, a State Polytechnic was appropriated funds in the 2024 TETFUND Annual Intervention for infrastructure programme upgrade of the Polytechnic. Tenders including technical and financial bids are hereby invited from qualified and suitable contractors for the implementation of the under- listed project under the 2024 TETFUND Annual Intervention for Infrastructure/Programme.
