1. INTRODUCTION
The Directorate of Technical Aid Corps, a Parastatal under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in furtherance of its statutory mandate intends to implement some Capital Projects in the Works, Goods and Services Categories in line with Budgetary Appropriation for the Financial Year 2025 in accordance with provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
