BACKGROUND
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (the Commission) recently issued the Meter Asset Provider Regulation 2018 (MAP Regulation) which mandates all Distribution Licensees to engage the services of Meter Asset Providers (MAP) to bridge their metering gaps.
