INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND WORKS AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SERVICES

1. INTRODUCTION
The Equipment Leasing Registration Act was enacted in 2015 as part of the Government Support Framework to enhance the contribution of leasing to the economy. The act brings together relevant stakeholders under a Public Private Partnership arrangement to enhance its developmental objectives. The Authority is anticipating funding from the Federal Government of Nigeria as Take-Off grant for the execution of its FY2024 Capital Projects.
Towards achieving its mandatory objectives, the authority wishes to apply these funds in the implementation of its 2024 capital projects through procurement of various Goods, Works, and Consultancy Services.
Accordingly, and in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, PPA 2007, the Authority hereby invites interested, reputable and qualified consultants/Vendors to express interest submit tender documents for the procurement of the following categorized goods, works and services.
