1. INTRODUCTION
Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited Deep waters ventures (EEPNL/DWVL) operators NNPC OML 139, Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria (upstream) limited (EEPN(U)L), operator of OMl 154, collectively referred to as “ESSO” plans to engage competent and qualified companies to provide subsea wellhead systems and installation services required for drilling operations on its NNPC/ESSO PSC acreages.
Anticipated contract term is three (3) years with additional two (2) years optional period.
