1. INTRODUCTION
Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited (EEPNL), operators NNPC OML 133, Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria (Offshore East) Limited (EEPN(OE)L), operator OML 138 Esso Exploration and production Nigeria (Deep Water Ventures) Limited (EEPN(DWV)L), operators NNPC OML 139 and Esso Exploration Production Nigeria (Upstream) Limited (EEPN(U)L), operator OML 154, collectively referred to as “Esso” plans to engage competent and qualified companies to provide drill Stem Testing/Tubing Conveyed Perforating Equipment and Services required for drilling operations on its NNPC/Esso PSC acreages.
Anticipated contract term is there (3) years with an additional two (2) years optional period.
