1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Federal College of Education (technical), Akoka established since 1967 with the main objective to educate and produce technical teachers is desirous of embarking on the execution of the above approved projects in pursuance of its functions and in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 (as amended).
