1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal College of Education Technical, Isu, Ebonyi State in pursuant of its mandate and in compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, wishes to invite interested, competent/qualified and experienced contractors/firms with relevant experience and good track records of prompt delivery to be pre-qualified for the under mentioned project.
