1. INTRODUCTION
Federal College of Freshwater Fisheries Technology, New Bussa, Niger State intends to execute some projects as contained in the 2025 Appropriation Act. In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and other extant guidelines on the award of contracts in the Federal Public Service, the College wishes to invite experienced and competent Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers/Consultants to submit Technical Bids and Expression of Interest (EoI) for the execution of the following 2025 projects:
