INTRODUCTION
Federal; college of Horticultural Technology is a government-owned tertiary institution of learning located at Dadin Kowa, Yamaltu Deba local government area of Gombe state, Nigeria. The college is a research institution under the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria with the mandate to train and improve manpower in horticultural and landscaping technology. The college in keeping with its mandate and in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, intends to implement its 2024 capital (Amendment) projects. The College hereby invites interested, competent and reputable contractors and consultants with relevant experience and a good record of accomplishment for the procurement of the under-listed:
