1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Cooperative College, Oji River, Enugu State, Oji-River in keeping with its mandate and in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, intends to implement the college’s 2024 Capital and Zonal Intervention Projects.
