1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia in fulfillment of her mandate to provide Quality and Qualitative Health Care Services, intends to use her budgetary allocation for the procurement, of works, goods and services towards achieving her mandate as appropriated by the Federal Government in the 2025 Capital & Zonal Intervention Budget.
