1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Federal Government of Nigeria has provided funds in the 2025 Appropriation Act for the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS). The Ministry, in pursuance of the Federal Government’s Agricultural policies aimed at improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians, therefore desires to utilise these funds to procure Works, Goods and Services in various parts of the country.
