OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING INTERNATIONAL
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND IMPLEMENTATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ICT VENDOR-BASED AGRO-INPUTS DELIVERY SYSTEM/PLATFORM AND RELATED HARDWARE
1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Agricultural Transformation Agenda Support Program Phase One(ATASP –I), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Installation and Implementation and Commissioning of an ICT Vendor Based Agro-Inputs Delivery System/Platform and Related Hardware(Agro –Pocket System)For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit
