1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has appropriated funds to the Federal Ministry of Education, Headquarters in the 2025 Fiscal year for the Procurement of Goods and Works for the execution of policies and programmes towards achieving the mandate of the Ministry. In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and other extant guidelines for the award of contracts in the Federal Public Service, the Ministry wishes to invite experienced and competent Contractors/Suppliers/Service Providers to submit Bid(s) documents for the following Projects:
