This request for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org) on 5th March 2019. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Inclusive Basic Service and Livelihood Empowerment Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan to payments under the contract for provision of Consultancy Services to Produce the Project Completion Report/Exit Strategy for Federal Technical College Lassa, Borno State Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated project (IBSDLEIP) – Additional financing for FSTC Lassa.
