1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has provided funds in the 2023 Appropriation Act for the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH). The Ministry, in pursuance of the Federal Government’s Policies on strengthening the National Health System for effective, accessible, and affordable health service delivery, desires to utilize these funds to procure Goods, Works, and services in various parts of the country.
