INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR WORKS, GOODS AND SERVICES

1. INTRODUCTION
The federal ministry of youth development intends to execute some projects as contained in the 2024 appropriation act. In compliance with the provisions of the public procurement act, 2007, finance act 2020 and other extant guidelines for the award of contracts, the ministry wishes to invite experienced and competent contractors, suppliers and services providers to submit pre-qualification and expression of interest (EOI) documents for the execution of the ministry’s selected projects contained in the 2024 Appropriation Act.
