1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds, to the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Dawanu Kano in the 2023 budget for the execution of projects. Accordingly, and in compliance with the provision of the public procurement Act, 2007, the hospital wishes to invite experienced, competent and reputable company to submit bids for the implementation of the following projects.
