1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Polytechnic Ugep intend to implement Year 2023/2024 TETFUND Annual/Special Intervention Allocations; and 2024 FGN Capital Budget Projects Allocation. Therefore, in line with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, of the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Polytechnic, hereby invites competent and reputable contractors with relevant experience and good record of accomplishment for the execution of Works and Supplies Projects, to submit Tenders for the under listed:
