INTRODUCTION:
The Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri, was appropriated funds in the 2025 Appropriation Act for the execution of its Capital Projects. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007, the Federal Teaching Hospital Owerri hereby invites all interested and eligible Contractors/ Suppliers with relevant experience to Tender for the following Capital Projects:
