1. INTRODUCTION
FIRST Exploration and Petroleum Development Company Limited, on behalf of NNPC/FIRST E&P Joint Venture, intends to contract for the provision of Directional Drilling, Measurement While Drilling, Logging While Drilling (DD-MWD-LWD) and Drill Bits Supply with Underreamers Services for a firm period of two (2) years plus one (1) year optional extension.
