TITLE/SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI) FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria (FRIN) and its Colleges wish to undertake a request for Expression of Interest (EoI) in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007. FRIN and its Colleges hereby invite interested and competent consortium for project management that will oversee FRIN and its Colleges’ projects.
1.2 Pursuant to the extant guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria, in furtherance of its statutory mandate, wishes to invite interested, experienced and competent consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest for the provision of consultancy services.
