1. INTRODUCTION
Abia State Government through the Ministry of Digital Economy and SME, invites expressions of interest from qualified entities for the development of fiber optic infrastructure across the state. This initiative aims to enhance connectivity, improve internet access, robust broadband penetration and catalyze socio-economic development through a public private partnership (PPP) model.
