1.0 BACKGROUND
Fountain Holdings Limited (FHL) is the Investment arm of Ekiti state Government and was incorporated in 2011, to take over the management of critical State -owned Enterprises (SOE) and to develop a feasible, viable and profitable working relationship with private sector in real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and key sectors and industries of the economy. FHL initiates, promotes and facilitates conducive environment for Investment and also offer strategic partnerships and collaborations with reputable investors for development in Ekiti State. To realize this mandate, FHL invites interested and credible company to participate in the concession bid process for Ekiti House Abuja.
