1. INTRODUCTION
HEIRS ENERGIES LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “Heirs Energies”) seeks interested and pre-qualified Contractors for Provision of Geo-Information Management, Geographic Information System and Related Services as detailed in item 2 below. The contract is proposed to commence in Q4 2024 and continue for a duration of three (3) years with an option to extend for additional period of one (1) year.
