AUCTION NOTICE
SUBJECT: AUCTION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

1. In accordance with Rule 219 of the General Financial Rules (GFR) 2017, sealed bids are hereby invited in prescribed format for the auction of a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) on an “as is where is” basis.

2. The STP is comprised of following 4 major components. Bidders may submit offers for individual components or the complete plant. The details of items/components for Auction is:
(a) Five (5) Pumps (3 units of 5 HP and 2 units of 3 HP centrifugal pumps)
(b) Treatment Tank (steel tank of dimension 23.8 ft x 8 ft x 7 ft)
(c) Main Treatment Unit
(d) Associated Equipment and Accessories (Valves, fittings, pipping and tubing, electrical and control systems)
