1. INTRODUCTION
The High court of the Federal Capital Territory is desirous to provide a befitting and conducive residential accommodation for its officers in order to enhance their performance in carrying judicial duties to the citizenry’s thereby embarking on a special intervention project for the rehabilitation/alteration of some Judges/Magistrate Residence within the Federal Capital Territory in compliance with the provision of the Public Procurement ACT (PPA 2007, invites competent and experienced contractors/consulting firm to apply for the under-listed projects in the fiscal year, 2023.
