1. BACKGROUND
As part of its commitment towards implementation of the recommendations of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) report, on environmental assessment of Ogoniland, the hydrocarbon pollution remediation project (HYPREP) of the Federal Ministry of Environment wishes to procurement the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors for works and goods under its 2024 budget.
