The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a loan of US$60 Million equivalent from the International Fund for Agricultural development (IFAD) toward the cost of the Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise Project- Niger Delta (LIFE-AD), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for Goods, Works and Consulting/Non-Consulting services to be procured under this program.
