1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a loan of USD$60 million equivalent from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the cost of the livelihood improvement family enterprise project – Niger Deltas (LIFE_ND) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the procurements of Agricultural inputs, infrastructural projects, and related services under this program.
