1. Background
The IEHCDT, a Trust established under the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021, committed to the development of Effiat Community in Mbo LGA, Akwa Ibom State, in collaboration with Antan Producing Limited and relevant community stakeholders, invites qualified contractors, consultants, and service providers to submit tenders for the execution of various infrastructure, community development, and consultancy projects in Effiat community, Mbo Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, and for the benefits of indigenes of Effiat across the globe. These projects aim to improve educational facilities, healthcare, water supply, transportation access, renewable energy solutions, and community empowerment in Effiat Community, and for Effiat indigenes.
