1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has secured a facility from the African Development Bank (the Bank) to implement a five-year Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) Program in partnership with the State Governments and Private Investors in five (5) participating States of Kaduna, Oyo, Ogun, Cross River and Imo States in the first phase and intends to apply part of the agreed amount to finance payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services for Supervision of the construction of Agro-Industrial Hub and Agricultural Transformation Center in Oloshi, Imo State Of Nigeria.
