1. The Government of Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing in the amount US$200,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Million Dollars) equivalent from the World bank toward the cost of the innovation development and effectiveness in the acquisition of skills (IDEAS) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement and installation of 15KVA Capacity Solar Power System and 40Nos. Perimeter Lightening in 15 Federal Science Technical Colleges (FSTCs). For this contract, the borrower shall process the payments using the Direct payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Banks’s Disbursement Guidelines for investment project financing, except for those payments which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.
