1. INTRODUCTION
The Court of Appeal of Nigeria wishes to undertake the procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the 2024 Capital Appropriation. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007, the court wishes to prequalify experienced and reputable contractors/consulting firms who wish to tender for the jobs specified below;
