REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

In fulfillment of the conditions of a Memorandum of Understanding duly signed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Kano State Government, in 2012, which allowed the State Government to own and operate 37 registered Microfinance Banks for a certain period, after which the State Government would divest and sell the Banks to private investors.
