A. THE INVESTMENT BACKGROUND
The Kano State Investment Promotion Agency (Kan-Invest) in collaboration with the State Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, on behalf of the Kano State Government, invites reputable local and international firms, consortia, and investors with proven competence and experience to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the development, financing, construction, and operation of Waste-to-Wealth projects to advance a circular economy in the State. This call aligns with the Kan-Invest Waste-to-Wealth Strategy Document (2025) as well as the Kano State Climate Change Policy (2025), which seeks to foster investments in the circular
